As warmer weather approaches, music festivals pop up all around. The opportunity to see some of your favorite artists, and express yourself through funky festival wear is close! We at The Tale have handpicked some exciting festivals near and far. With many different genres, there is a festival that calls everyone’s name!

Louder than life 

Louder than Life is a rock festival held on the Highland Festival Grounds at the KY Expo Center. It runs from September 21st to September 24th. This festival is one of Louisville’s most iconic ones, featuring some of the largest names in rock. This year some headliners include Foo Fighters, Green Day, and Limpbizkit. 

Bourbon and Beyond

This country festival runs from September 14th to September 17th. Bourbon and Beyond will take place at the Highland Festival Grounds as well. Alongside Louder Than Life, Bourbon and Beyond is a recurring Louisville festival that is always a must-attend. 

Lollapalooza 

Lollapalooza is a festival that requires a bit of travel, but definitely pays off! This festival is in Grant Park, Chicago. Kicking off from August 3rd to August 6th, Lollapalooza features musical artists geared towards so many different genres. From rap to indie to pop, lollapalooza is a great experience for all music enjoyers. 

Bonnaroo

This festival is very similar to Lollapalooza with its diversity of musical talent. Bonnaroo is located in Manchester, Tennessee, and takes place from June 15th to June 18th. Some amazing headliners this year include Kendrick Lamar, Paramore, and Baby Keem.
