On Saturday, October 29th, the SOHS Girls’ Soccer team won the State Finals. The Lady Dragons knocked off Elizabethtown 5-0 to win the title. Goals were scored by Ava Roberson (2), Katie Beth May, and Betsey Huckabey. This is the 8th state championship that the girls’ soccer team has won. The last time they won was 8 years ago in 2014. SOHS Girls Soccer is the most winning high school girls’ soccer program in history. Congratulations to the Girls’ Soccer team for winning the state championship!!!
